At each centre there are different Programmes for Business Clients

The programme you choose will be dictated by what you want from the experience – and any programme can be adapted to suit specific needs

 

Programme 1

One day fun day

 

Challenges are set at a simple level and encourage the trainees to explore their talents in a fun and uncomplicated way. It leaves good memories of a lot of laughter. It can be adapted to any age group from 9 to 90. It is suitable for reward schemes, teambuilding and away days and can include families if desired

 

Programme 2

One day Teambuilding and Assessment Day

 

The programme challenges participants in a direct way both mentally and physically. It is specifically designed to draw out the underlying aptitudes of participants. Again, it creates lasting memories but also includes an aptitude assessment by the team which can be built on in the long term.

It has applications in all spheres of business and is particularly good for defining the best roles for individuals to take up on a team

Each paticipant is evaluated in an unobtrusive manner. There is still a lot of laughter but at the end of the day a report is provided upon which to base training.

 

Programme 3

The Outdoor Skills Day

 

Pushes the envelope a little further. It includes an element of competition and some serious upskilling. It takes outdoor survival skills and brings them back to business principles. This programme identifies the go getters in an organisation, points out the lateral thinkers and focuses on the team players. It is particularly suited to building teams who want to improve their performance.

 

Programme 4

Two Day Teambuilding with new skills

 

In an overnight situation the group is brought to a new level of recognition through the process of seeing the talents which exist on the team (including the social skills, singing, dancing etc) The training highlights the individuals negotiation skills, problem solving, communication ability, leadership and team work. A report is usually issued to allow follow-up and use of resources discovered.

 

Programme 5

Two Day Teambuild and Skill Assessment Training.

 

Like Programme 4 this takes place over 2 days and is our most intensive experience. There are tasks for up to 14 hours on day 1 and an early start on day 2 this programme really brings out those who handle stress well and is a good prelude to promotion. It identifies clearly strengths and weaknesses and is staffed on a 3:1 ratio. All aspects of each participant's behaviour are scrutinised and reported on. While there is still a lot of laughter the outcome from this programme tends to be much more serious

 

Programme 6

 

The Reward days:

These are aimed at the fun experience and include off-road driving, paintball with a difference, learning to sail or to kayak in a weekend, capture the flag Christmas parties, retirements and many others.
