A Micro Enterprise is one with 5 employees or less.

Since 1998 Alaymont has been developing and delivering Business courses. Our focus in MEDP is businesses in the first 2 years.

70% of participants go on into business and 60% of those were still in business after 5 years.

We only make 2 assumptions in these courses.

1. That you have the core skill (If you want to be a tiler that you are able to tile)

2. That you want to go into business and that you are not ‘Having to ‘ because there are no jobs

All the courses are open to FETAC certification at Levels 5 and 6.

The focus of the training is on 3 areas of competence

1. The Personal Development of the Entrepreneur.

2. The Specific skillset required to run a micro Enterprise

3. The development of a roadmap to the goals articulated by the business person (Usually called a Business Plan)
