Training Methodologies

Courses generally last one or two days, depending on the group size and needs. All courses are based on our two-way training dynamic, with plenty of interaction, group participation and feedback. We also schedule time for evaluation during the course, and at the end.

All programmes involve working with individuals to develop their skills using modern adult-education methods.

Training Methods include

Workshops
Question and answer sessions
Lecture or input sessions
Small group practise - implementing learning
Role-Play
Assignments
Use of Video as a learning process
One-to-one sessions

Choosing a Venue and Location

We recommend an off site location. This offers a better opportunity for people to learn. There are fewer phones to ring and people can dedicate their energy to learning.

We can offer a dedicated training room for small groups at our premises close to the dart station in Dun Laoghaire.

We also have access to dedicated training spaces elsewhere in Dun Laoghaire, Laois, Wicklow, Arklow, Wexford, Waterford, Cork, Ennis, Loughrea, Longford, Athlone, Sligo, Monaghan, Dundalk and Drogheda

The Venue should always be a good learning environment, well ventilated and comfortable for participants.
