Luan Alton trained in Hotel Management. Having spent 15 years on the day to day operational issues of a la carte Restaurants and Bars, mainly concentrating on service and staffing, he moved into contract catering as Training & Quality Services Manager for 100 outlets. Luan was successful in achieving ISO 9002, The Hygiene Award, in a number of these outlets. He was responsible for the implementation of both Hygiene & Safety training for all employees (1000), together with documented Quality Systems, and delivers several training courses for Alaymont, including Haccp.
